【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulinindicatingthedifferencesinabrasionresistancebetweenthevariousbuildingstones.Thistestmethodalsoprovidesoneelementincomparingstonesofthesametype.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheabrasionresistanceofalltypesofstonesforfloors,steps,andsimilaruseswheretheweariscausedbytheabrasionoffoottraffic.1.2Units8212;ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.2.1Exception8212;TheformulaforcalculationoftheresultofthistestmethodreliesontheuseofSIunits;allmeasurementsofweightinthistestmethodshallberecordedinSIunits.See9.1and10.1.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
